How can I get a laptop on rent?
If you need any IT equipment on rent, you can browse rental categories or else connect with our customer support team. You would be asked to select the equipment(s) configurations, duration, quantity, delivery and payment options. India Rentalz will deliver as well as help you in collecting back the rented equipment when the rental duration ends.
Can we get the rented equipment delivered directly to the employee location?
This case applies to the corporate who are having employee working from remote location and want the equipment(s) to be delivered directly to the location of use. In this case, a simple process follow by the administrative team of the company enables them to request and track the rented equipment.
Can I return items at the time of delivery?
India Rentalz expert delivery team make sure that all the products are delivered in good and working condition before they actually reach out to you. However, if the delivered product does not meet your expectations, you may return it by connecting with the support team of India Rentalz.
How do I get my refund back?
You always have option to extend rental duration. However, if you decided to return it back, just raise a request on our support portal. Any amount for refund including security amount will be processed within 3 working days.

I have placed my order, when I will get the delivery of equipment?
Delivery of all orders placed successfully on indiarentalz.com is subjected to the successful KYC. Once the KYC is approved, the hirer will get KYC approval email. Usually delivery of the equipment takes 2-5 working days as it depends upon the location of delivery and availability of the requested equipment.
What if my KYC isn’t approved?
All the orders for which amount has been paid but failed KYC, amount will be refunded back to the original mode of payment.
Why there is security amount charged?
Deposits are taken to safeguard the security of the rented equipment. Once the rented equipment are returned, refund of security deposit is processed to the hirer.
I am facing problem with the rented equipment?
Technical assistance can be taken from the support team of India Rentalz. Concern related only to hardware of the rented equipment are taken care. Support for any other software or equipment which are not the part of rented item from India Rentalz will not be handled.
I have received the faulty equipment, what should I do?
This instance is rare as extreme care is taken while dispatch nof equipment. In case it does occur, please refer to India Rentalz delivery process.
What about GST on rental?
GST will be charged only on the monthly rental. Any refundable security amount will not attract any tax. In case you are registered with GST kindly provide your GST details to avail input credit on the same.
