Do I need to pay the rental and deposit in advance, and when will I get my refundable deposit back?

All laptop rentals require advance payment of both the rental charges (as per the agreed term) and a one-time refundable security deposit before dispatch. The deposit is collected only once and is returned after the safe return of the laptop, subject to checks. When you initiate a return request, our operations team will schedule the pickup. Once the laptop arrives at our facility, a quality check is performed to ensure the device and accessories are in proper condition. If everything is in order, the refundable deposit is processed within 36 to 72 working hours from the date of inspection completion.

What if I placed an online laptop rental order but decided not to proceed?

If you place an online laptop rental order but later decide not to move forward, it can be cancelled and any advance amount paid will be refunded.
